摘要
阐述了热壁加氢反应器的制造发展简况 ,重点论述了板焊结构的加氢反应器的结构特点及在使用过程中需解决的氢腐蚀、氢脆、高温高压硫化氢腐蚀、硫化物应力腐蚀开裂、堆焊层的剥离、Cr-Mo钢的回火脆性破坏六大问题以及针对这些问题设备所采用的主体材料、焊材及其特性 ,介绍了设备的制造技术要点和无损检测技术要求 ,分析了加氢反应器的最新进展情况。
This article described the brief situations of fabrication & development of hot wall hydrotreating reactor operation, dissertates structure character (plate and plate welding) in emphases of hot wall hydrotreating reactor and six significant problems which required to be solved, including hydrogen attack, hydrogen brittleness, high temperature & pressure hydrogen sulfide attack, crack due to sulphide stress crossion, stripping of overlayers and damage due to tempering brittleness of Cr-Mo steel,and the characters of welding material and main material which are used to solve the above six problems. It also described main fabrication points and nondestructive examination requirements, analyses the last headway of hot wall hydrotreating reactor.
