摘要
天津市卫生系统学科带头人问卷调查结果表明,43个学科的带头人年龄和知识均趋于老化,学习环境较差,科研经费不足。为了尽快培养人才,更新知识提高技术水平,我们对学科带头人的培养采取两条腿走路方针,一方面充分调动现学科带头人的积极性,发挥其培养人才、著书立说及指导医、教、研、防的作用;另一方面要注重申青年预备学科带头人的培养,并制定了对他们开展继续医学教育的目标、内容、形式、考核制度。
The result of questionaire investigation of the heads of disciplines showed that in Tianjin Health Bureau, their ages were getting old, their knowledge needed renewing. Their research condition and environment and finacial support also needed to be improved. For the purpose of developing talented persons, renewing their knowledgement, polishing their clinic techniques and skills level, we selected two ways to train the heads of various disciplines, one is to encourage them, bring them into full play finding out talented persofts, writing works, and teaching clinicians, persons in medical education and researching fellows. The next is to pay attention to find out talented persons in young and middle aged doctors, and training them hardly. We made a detailed plan including the aim, content, form and examination system for this purpose.
