摘要
通过对诺斯新制度经济史学制度变迁理论和一般模型的概括和分析,总结了诺斯新制度经济史学制度变迁理论的成就。虽然诺斯的理论取得了巨大的成绩,然而在其理论中仍有一些重要的问题没有得到解决,这些问题制约了新制度经济史学制度变迁理论形成对制度变迁一般规律的认识,也给其纳入主流经济学带来困难。
In this paper, through summarizing and analyzing North's evolution theory of the new institutional economic history system and general model, the author sums up his achievement in this respect. With regard to this theory, though North obtained great achievement, still there exist some important problems that are not solved. Such problems restrict the understanding of the form of this theory to the general rule of the system evolution, as well as bring difficulties to its being put on main economy.
