东莨菪碱对胆囊切除术后以吗啡硬膜外镇痛患者血浆胃动素水平的影响

摘要 目的 探讨东莨菪碱对胆囊切除术后给予吗啡硬膜外镇痛患者的血浆胃动素水平的影响。方法  90例患者随机分为对照组、吗啡硬膜外组和东莨菪碱 +吗啡硬膜外组 ,测定术前、术毕及术后 6h的血浆胃动素水平 ,并观察术后恶心呕吐发生率。结果 手术结束 6h后 ,对照组与东莨菪碱 +吗啡硬膜外组间的胃动素水平无差异 ,但均低于吗啡硬膜外组的胃动素水平 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 硬膜外注入吗啡使胆囊切除术后患者的血浆胃动素水平升高 。 Objective To investigate the effect of scopolamine on plasma motilin of the postcholecystectomy patients with morphine epidural analgesia. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (group C), morphine epidural analgesia group (group M) and morphine epidural analgesia with scopolamine group (group S). The level of plasma motilin was determined, and the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was analyzed. Results The levels of plasma motilin in group C and group S were reduced significantly in comparison with that in group M at 6 h after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Morphine via epidural analgesia can increase plasma motilin of the postcholecystectomy patients, but the stimulatory effect of morphine is blocked by scopolamine.
