摘要
介绍了测试系统的设计原理、测量方法与关键环节 ,利用温度 -压力双功能传感器测量注射成型过程中高速变化的压力、温度信号 ,并采用所开发的测试软件采集、显示实时变化的多路信号。该系统实现了注射成型过程的多信号自动、实时测试 ,并能通过计算机对数据进行处理与分析。
The design principle, measurement method and key teches of the measurement system are presented.Dual functional sensor is applied to measure the changing signals of temperature and pressure, and the developed sampling software is used to sample and display the real-time multi-signals. The system can carry out the automatic and real-time data acquisition of injection molding, and data processing and analyzing by the computer.
