对一系列冷、热处理措施,如适温贮藏、贮前热处理、间歇升温、波温贮藏、双温循环贮藏、缓慢降温贮藏、预冷处理和骤冷处理的概念,以及对冷藏果实贮藏效果及其机理进行了综述。
This article discusses the concepts of c ol d treatment and heat treatment such as the cold-storage,prestorage heat treatm ent ,tem-perature-change-storage,intermittent warming,undulating-temperature st orage,two-temperature storage,gradually-low-down-temperature storage,precooling treatment ,cold shock and their effects on the quality of the fruits stored at l ow temperature and their mechanism.
