摘要
以环北京地区作为实施《全国资源与生态环境综合监测系统建设方案》的首批重点监测区,在论述环北京地区资源与生态环境遥感监测重要意义的基础上,提出了环北京地区资源与生态环境遥感监测的主要内容,研究分析了进行环北京地区土地利用/土地覆被及其变化、土地退化和生态环境建设状况监测的信息提取方法和辅助影像判别信息,从而进一步提高遥感影像判读的准确度。
The area around Beijing is the first one in excution of national monitor system of resources and eco-environment, and it lay a foundation to China monitoring system. In the article, the monitoring contents are proposed, including land use and land cover change, land degradation and land eco-environment construction. And the extraction methods of monitoring information and the interpretation reference are proposed to improve the image interpretation.
