摘要
采用气相色谱法测定蜂房中棕榈酸含量,并将棕榈酸含量作为检测蜂房质量的指标。方法简便,精密度、准确度均符合气相色谱分析的要求。
The content of palmitic acid in honeycomb is determined by gas chromatography and taken as index for the monitoring of the honeycomb quality. The method is simple. The degree of accuracy and correctness has met the analytic reqest of gas chromalography analysis.
