三元复合驱过程中的结垢特点和机采方式适应性 被引量:93

The scaling characteristics and adaptability of mechanical recovery during ASP flooding

摘要 分析了三元复合驱过程中的结垢机理 ,研究了油井结垢的特点和影响结垢的因素及结垢对机采方式的影响 .结果表明 :三元复合驱过程中井距越大、注入速度越低 ,结垢越严重 ;油井结垢大致可分为以钙垢为主、钙垢和硅铝垢并存、以硅铝垢为主的 3个阶段 ;油井出现结垢后 ,螺杆泵与抽油机泵、电泵相比具有检泵周期长和泵效高的优点 ,其中 ,螺杆泵对三元复合驱的适应性最好 . Though alkaline/surfactant/ polymer flooding can increase oil recovery greatly, some technical problems still exist in the field tests, among of them scaling is one of relatively difficult one. In this paper, the features of scaling and scaling effect on lifting have been studied as functions of spacing and injection rate. The results show that the bigger the spacing and the lower the injection rate, the more severe is the scaling in production. By analyzing the composition of scale, scaling could be divided into three sequences along with relative content of CaO increasing and decreasing. Scaling causes many troubles in produced liquid lifting. Regarding pump work over period and pump efficiency, screw pump is the best over nod donkey and immersible electrical pump.
