摘要
本文深入地分析了价值链构造及其管理的演进历程和未来的趋势,从系统的角度剖析了精益制造、灵活制造、整合制造这三种不同价值链构造的外在表现模式的内在机理和系统支撑体系及其管理的实现。从中可以看出市场竞争和信息技术对企业组织形式发展所起的推动作用,从而为企业获取竞争优势提供策略性建议。
This paper deeply analyzes the construction and management of value chains, as well as its tendency of future. The mechanism, support framework inside three types of value chains,which named lean production ,flexible manufacture and entire manufactue, has been anatomized from system angle. Then we discuss their management realizing. We explore how have the competition and information technology driven the development of enterprise's form. At the end of the article, we give the suggestion about how to gain competitive advantage.
