摘要
硫酸盐还原菌经适当染色后可在普通生物显微镜下检出。由此建立了一种快速测定硫酸盐还原菌菌量的新方法——培养-镜检法。它是在细菌测试瓶法的基础上,先用测试瓶培养,再染色镜检测试。应用该法能在4天内得到测定结果,操作简便、可靠。
Sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB)which are stained can be seen by a general microscopy. A new rapid quantitative determining method of SRB, named as cultivation-microscopy method and based on the culture bottle method, is set up in present paper. This method can be finished in 4 days and its results are reliable.
