摘要
本文讨论了模糊逻辑原理在滚动轴承典型故障诊断中的应用。首先介绍了与模糊数学理论有关的基本概念及原理;其次利用岳阳长炼厂提供的滚动轴承运行状态判断标准构造了滚动轴承典型故障与征兆之间的模糊关系矩阵;继而以该厂提供的滚动轴承现场运行数据为基础,给出了模糊逻辑原理在滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用实例,并将诊断结果与现场实物解体情况记录作了对比,最后小结了模糊诊断方法的特点,指出该方法具有较好的推广应用前景。
In this paper, the application of fuzzy theory in typical fault diagnosis for rolling bearings is discussed First, some basic concepts and main principles of fuzzy theory are briefly introduced. Second, on the basis of the standard for rolling bearing working cndition of the Yueyang Changling Oil Refinery, the fuzzy relation matrix is constructed between typical faults of rolling bearing and their sign parameters. Finally, an example is given about the application of the fuzzy theiry to fault diagn- osis of rolling bearings. It has been found that the diagnostic results of this method follow well with the actual condion.
