摘要
研究了液化石油气(LPG)在摩托车发动机上实现电控喷射燃料供给和CDI数字点火的单片机控制系统,并在发动机台架实验中优化电控参数。经实验对比,采用电控系统的发动机在尾气排放方面比化油器式汽油机有明显改善,尾气中HC和CO降低了50%以上,通过代用燃料解决了小型发动机尾气排放治理问题。
The authors studied the electronic control injection fuel-feed system and CDI digital ignition SCM control system implemented on the motor engine by liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) and optimized electronic control parameters in engine dais experiment. Through experiment comparison, the engine with electronic control system has proved to be obviously improved than the carburetor petrol engine in tail exhaust HC and CO in the tail exhaust have decreased by more than 50%. By using substitute fuel the pollution problem of exhaust emission of minitype engine has been further controlled.
