广东高等级公路软基大直径现浇薄壁复合桩地基处理设计及受力性状研究及工程应用

摘要 大直径现浇薄壁复合桩技术是采用中高频振动锤+双钢管护筒+环形桩尖结构,将大直径双钢管护筒和环型桩以振、压、锲形式沉人土中形成薄壁空腔体,桩端局部地基土由桩靴底向管腔内推进、移动、挤密,并部分自动排出地面而使桩外侧土体适当受到挤密特征的一种新型工艺桩。其具有直径大、壁薄、单桩承载力高、桩身质量可靠、抗水平推力及抗侧滑能力强、为投资方节约综合成本20%以上、施工速度快节省4~6月、绿色环保、节省混凝土原材料40%、减少施工出土量50%、工后总沉降易控制易稳定的特点,在软基工程中,可充分利用"应"废弃的软淤泥土、充分发挥薄壁混凝土与改良后土柱的协同作用特性"变废为宝",提高整个复合体的竖向、抗水平推力及抗侧滑能力。 The large diameter cast-in-situ thin-wall composite pile technique is used in the high frequency vibration hammer+ double steel cylinder + circular pile tip structure of the management, the management of large diameter double steel cylinder and circular pile in the form of vibration, pressure, woven heavy walled cavity body formed in the soil, the pile end locally by the pile of foundation soil soles to push pipe cavity, mobile, compacting, and part of the automatic discharge ground and make appropriate pile lateral soil compaction characteristic technology of a new type of pile.
