摘要
通过与传统参考咨询服务的比较分析 ,从服务内容、手段、形式和范围等方面阐述了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的特征。并对网络环境下参考咨询馆员应具有的综合素质和能力进行了探讨。
Through the comparative analysis with traditional reference and consultation service,the paper sets forth the features of library reference and consultation service under network environment from service contents,means, form and range,discusses the comprehensive quality and capability reference and consultation librarian under network environment should have.The paper mainly introduces the developing trend of reference and consultation service and the online reference and consultation service by our library.
