摘要
选取三种云南特有的野生植物籽油:红花油、青刺果及野香苏油样,对其进行皂化、甲酯化,以毛细管色谱—质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定了其中的脂肪酸成分,结果表明三种籽油的不饱和脂肪酸含量均超过80%,主要是油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸。
In this paper, three wild plants, Carthamus tinctorius, Prinsepia utilis Royle and Elsholtgia. rugulosa Hemsl, werecollected from Yunnan. Their seed oil was extracted. After saponification and esterification the oil was determined by capillaryGC-MS. Constituents of the fatty acid were identified in the oils. The results showed that the total content of polyunstaturatedfatty acids in three wild plant seed oil was more than 80%, mainly including oleic acid, linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid.
