摘要
采用船用 61 60 A型柴油机为热源 ,设计了一台发动机余热驱动的吸附式制冰系统 .该系统中的吸附工质采用了块状活性炭 ,所设计的系统日产冰 60 0 kg.在吸附床设计中 ,充分考虑了传递通道的影响 ,通过对以往块状活性炭吸附床吸附性能数据的分析 ,完成了吸附床的性能预测 ,结果表明 ,所设计的吸附式制冰系统可以满足要求 .经模拟仿真计算 ,系统的最佳循环时间在 35 min左右 ,相应的单位质量吸附剂的制冷功率为 35
An adsorption ice-making system driven by exhausted gas of 6160A diesel engine was designed. The system uses activated carbon-methanol pair and is supposed to produce 600 kg ice per day. The influences of mass transfer channels on the performance of the system are fully taken into account in the design. Comparing the adsorption performance of the adsorber using solidified activated carbon with that using granular activated carbon, the performance of this ice-making system was predicted. The simulation of this system was completed and the results show that the optimum cycle time of this system is about 35 min and the corresponding specific cooling power is about 35 W/kg.
