摘要
用滚轮试样测定了18Cr2Ni4WA 钢不同渗碳层组织的接触疲劳性能;分析了组织在试验中的变化;讨论了马氏体(M)的回火程度和残余奥氏体(A_R)的机械稳定性对接触疲劳性能的影响;还初步考查了超细品团的形成条件。
Experiments were carried out on a rotary contact fatigue testingmachine with two roller specimens made of the commercial 18Cr2Ni4WAsteel of different microstructures of carburizing case,and the changes ofmicrostructure are analyzed.The influence of tempering degree of martensiteand stabilization of retained austenite on the contact fatigue resistance arediscussed.The formation condition of the super fine granule is also studied.
