摘要
用滚轮试样研究了18Cr2Ni4WA 钢渗碳和碳氮共渗层中的未溶碳化物(RC)对接触疲劳性能(CFP)的影响。结果表明,RC 明显降低 CFP。RC 的体积分数越高、尺寸越大、形状越不圆整,CFP 降低的幅度就越大。为了防止尺寸较大的、呈棒状的 M_(23)C_6型碳化物的形成,中间高温回火应采用"多次短时"工艺。
This paper deals with the study of the effect of retained carbide (RC)content,size and shape in the carbirized and carbonitride d layer of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel on the contact fatigue property(CEP).Results show that RC reduces the CEP obviously.The volume fraction of RC is higher,the size is larger,and the shape is more irregular,the amplitude of the RC drop will be the larger.For the prevention of forming the larger size bar-shaped M_(23)C_6 type carbide,the'multiple short time'process should be used in the high temperature tempering between processes.
