摘要
随着世界经济一体化进程的深入和WTO作用的日益发挥,技术贸易壁垒(TechnicalBarrierstoTrade—TBT)作为贸易保护主义和调整贸易利益的重要手段,已成为世界各国,尤其是发达国家普遍采取的限制产品进口的主要非关税壁垒措施。目前,TBT已成为我国出口的主要障碍,充分认识和研究TBT已成为当务之急。
With the deepening of global economic integration and WTO playing a more important role,TBT,as an important measure for the protectionism of trade and adjustment of the benefit of trade,has become the main nontariff barrier measure in the world,especially in developed countries.At present,TBT has become the main barrier of our export.It is an urgent need to understand and research TBT.
