摘要
本文论述了信息网络化对图书馆地位产生的冲击和影响,以及在网络环境下图书馆员信息意识的培养和新的服务方式。
In this article, the influence and shock on traditionary role of library brought by Internet and NIS(Network Information Service) is described and the training way for librarians to change their information conception and the new service ways are also discussed.
