摘要
目的 :筛选抗甲状腺中药。方法 :30 0 %中草药水煎液灌胃小鼠 1个月 ,取血 ,放免法测定甲状腺激素含量。结果 :穿山龙组FT3 、FT4、TT3 、TT4分别为 (2 0 4± 0 0 4 )、(3 2 4± 0 0 3)、(2 0 2± 0 0 1)、(30 0 4± 0 38) ,与模型组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中药穿山龙具有抗甲状腺作用。
Objective :To investigate the effect of the Diossores Nipponica Makine(DNM) Chinese herb on the thyroid hormone. Methods :The 300% Chinese herb medicine water was made,and mice was fed with it for one month.The thyroid hormone was measured with RIA. Results :The FT\-3,FT\-4,TT\-3 and TT\-4 in the DNM group was (2 04±0 04),(3 24±0 03),(2 02±0 01),(30 04±0 38) separately,and the serum levels of them was obviously lower than those of normal group ( P <0 001). Conclusion :The DNM Chinese herb has the effect of antithyroid.
