客户等级划分是CRM中一个非常重要的方面,而决策树是进行分类分析的一个常用工具,该文主要讨论如何应用C4.5算法构造客户等级分类决策树及其在CRM中的应用。
Customer classification is very important in CRM (customer relationship management). And decision tree is one of the most popular tools to classification. This thesis mainly discusses how to build a decision tree of customer classification by using C4.5 algorithms and its application in CRM.
