摘要
研究了低温煅烧高岭土的火山灰活性及其对水泥石结构的影响。高岭土经 676℃煅烧 1h ,其质量分数 (下同 )为 74.3%的SiO2 和90 .32 %的Al2 O3呈活性状态 ,火山灰活性最好。硅酸盐水泥砂浆中掺入 15 %的火山灰活性最好的煅烧高岭土 ,可有效降低氢氧化钙含量并减小其粒度 ,相应提高钙矾石、水化硅酸钙和水化铝酸钙含量 ,改善水泥石的微结构 ,可提高水泥砂浆试块 2 8d时的抗压强度
The pozzolanic activity of calcined kaolin and its effect on the structure of cement mortar were studied. The kaolin calcined at 676°C for 1 h has the optimum pozzolanic activity, and the calcined kaolin with 74.3% SiO2 and 90.32% Al2O3 (all in mass fraction) is in the active form. When 15% of the calcined kaolin is mixed into Portland cement, the grain size and the content of calcium hydroxide in mortar are significantly reduced, while the contents of ettringaite, calcium silicate hydrates and calcium aluminate hydrates are increased accordingly, hence resulting in the improvement of the microstructure of mortar. The compressive strength of mortar after 28 days curing can be increased by 18%.
