摘要
目的 研究心理社会因素对乙型肝炎发生、发展的影响。方法 采用 SCL-90、SDS、SAS及 EPQ等多种量表对乙型肝炎病人进行测试 ,并与健康人加以对照。结果 乙型肝炎病人存在明显的心理障碍 ,心理健康状态较差 ,并有人格缺陷 ,常常采用不成熟的应付方式对付生活事件。结论 心理社会因素可能对乙型肝炎病人的发生、发展有重大影响 。
Objective To study the effect of metal social factors on the occurrence?development of the hepatitis B patients.Methods Metal scales were adopted to investigate the hepatitis B patients and the results were contrasted by the abnormal healthy groups.Results There were significant difference between the two groups.Hepatitis B patients showed the bad metal healthy condition and the defect in the personality.The ability to handle the life affair was down.Conclusion The metal social factors significantly affect to the occurrence and development of the hepatitis B.Therefore it's necessary to give the psychological interference to the hepatitis B patients.
