摘要
在一般的非接触式位置测量系统中,通常使用三个线阵CCD来测量物体的空间位置。但是在有些场合,这种方法很受限制。介绍了一种测量方法,该方法是由力矩电机带动一个线阵CCD旋转来扫描被测目标的。结合三角法,能够同时测量出被测物体在三个方向的位移及水平摆角。实验结果证实了该测量方法具有很高的测量精度。在国防、交通、矿山、城市建设等领域有着广泛的应用前景。
Three linear array CCD are usually used to measure dimensional position of an object in non-contact position measuring system. But in some occasions, it is very limited. A measuring method is introduced. A linear array CCD circumrotated by moment electromotor is used to scan measuring object. Combining with trigonometry, three-directional displacement and horizontal angle can be measured in the same time. The experiment result indicates that this measuring method has a high precision. It has a good future in national defence, traffic, mine and city building and so on.
