摘要 为提高电煅无烟煤质量的均匀性,分析了电煅烧炉偏流导致电煅无烟煤质量不均匀的3种原因——排料部位场块结焦、底部电极倒塌、煅前加料工艺设计不合理,并提出了相应的解决方法。结果表明,煅前加料工艺设备的改造,对电煅无烟煤质量的稳定提高起到了关键作用。 In order to improve the quality or homogeneity of anthracite produced by electrical calcination, the reasons for non - homogeneity of electrically calcined anthracite due to the bias current in calcining process are analyzed, and three reasons have been found to be responsible for the non - homogeneity of calcined anthracite, which include the block coke formed in the outlet, the collapse of electrodes in the bottom and the design for feeding process that needs to be optimized, of which the solutions are suggested. The results indicate that modification in the feeding process and the whole equipment is a key point for improving and keeping the quality of the electrically calcined anthracite stable.
