摘要
党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略是解决我国"三农"问题的又一重大战略性举措。乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要内容。在城镇化、市场化和现代化的进程中,乡村文化面临城市文化的冲击,日益呈现出衰落之势。从历史维度、现实维度和未来维度的视角分析,乡村文化重塑的必要性显而易见。重塑乡村文化应从重塑农民的文化价值观、促进乡村文化发展、培育乡村文化建设者的主体意识、建立"四位一体"的乡村文化治理模式等方面着手。
The rural vitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th CPC National Congress report is another major strategic measure to solve the ' three rural issues' in China. The vitalization of rural culture is an important part of rural vitalization. In the process of urbanization,marketization and modernization,rural culture is facing the impact of urban culture and is increasingly in decline. From the historical,realistic and future perspective,the necessity of reshaping rural culture is obvious. Reconstructing the rural culture should start from reshaping the cultural values of peasants,promoting the development of rural culture,cultivating the subject consciousness of the rural cultural builders,and establishing a ' four-in-one' rural cultural governance model.
