摘要
他汀类药物是一种羟甲戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-Co A)还原酶抑制剂,具有降低血浆中胆固醇水平的作用。现代药理研究发现,他汀类药物除了具有降血脂的作用外,还对机体的糖代谢有一定的影响。本文首先介绍他汀类药物的种类(天然类和全合成类)及不同种类他汀类药物对机体糖代谢的影响,然后介绍他汀类药物引起糖代谢异常的作用机制,最后阐述他汀类药物在影响糖代谢的过程中所起到的积极作用及应用前景。
Statins has the significantly effect of decreasing cholesterol in plasma as a hydroxymethyl glutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor, but modern research has found that statins also have certain effect on glucose metabolism. This paper first introduces the types of statins and different influence on glucose metabolism, statins are divided into natural and total synthesis of class, then introducing the related mechanism that statins cause abnormal glucose metabolism ,its mechanism are related with its structure and the physicochemical properties, thus causing confuse of glucose uptake insulin secretion and isoprenoid and coenzyme Q10 synthesis disorders of glucose metabolism disorder. Finally talk about the positive role that statins plays in affecting glucose metabolism and its application prospects.
