摘要
无烟煤和贫煤等低挥发分煤在国内许多大型机组上得到广泛使用,该文利用一功率为138kW的小型煤粉燃烧实验台对上述单一煤种及其两者间3种配比混煤的不同配风下NO的生成规律进行了试验研究。通过对试验数据的整理和分析,认为无烟煤和贫煤及其混煤在燃烧过程中氮氧化物的释放主要聚集在煤粉燃烧前期,且混煤和单煤一样NO浓度在炉膛内仅存在一个峰值,焦碳N是低挥发分煤燃烧时形成氮氧化物的主要成分;合适地选取过量空气系数可实现不同掺烧比无烟煤与贫煤混煤高效低NO燃烧。
Low volatile coals such as anthracite and lean coal are used for more and more high capacity utility boilers recently in China; especially the two kinds coals are often blended for improving the plants economic and combustion performance. In the paper, performance of NOx emission and the burnout of the two single coals and the binary coal blends (the ratios were 3:1, 1:1,1:3 respectively) in different excess air ratios have been studied in a pilot combustion research facility (CRF). The normal output of the CRF is 138kW. The aim of present study is to investigate the contributing factors of NOx emission and the relationship between the char-N and the volatile-N during their combustion. By analyzing the experiment results, the performances of NOx emission of the coals are found. NOx emission is occurred mainly in the prophase during the combustion. The coal blends like the single one that NOx concentration along the axis of furnace has one peak value. The experimental results show that to the low volatile coals, the char-N is a main attribute to the total amount of NOx emission during its combustion and in a range of excess air ratios, a low NOx emission and high burnout could be gotton.
