摘要
采用等位酶分析方法 ,研究了矮慈姑一个自然居群的克隆多样性与空间格局 .根据 9个酶系统 16个等位酶位点 2 3个等位基因的检测结果的一致性分析 ,在由 12 0个单株组成的矮慈姑自然居群中 ,总基株数G =2 0 ;平均克隆大小Nc =6 ;不同基因型比率PD =1.6 6 6 7;克隆的基因型多样性Simpson指数D =0 .84 96 ;克隆的基因型分布均匀性Fager指数E =0 .8371.克隆生长空间格局分析表明 ,矮慈姑自然居群中的克隆之间有明显的相互交错 ,克隆构型为混合型 ,分株居群的构型有游击型。
The clonal diversity and the spatial pattern in a natural population of Sagittaria pygmaea Miq. were determined by means of alleles analysis. A moderate level of clonal diversity was estimated based on 23 alleles of 16 loci in 9 enzyme systems. The clonal diversity indexes were respectively: number of samples N=120, number of genotype G=20, average number of clones N c=6, proportion distinguishable PD=1.666 7, cloned diversity of genotype Simpson's index D=0.849 6, distributional uniformity of genotype Fager's index E=0.837 1. The analysis of clonal structure demonstrated that there were obvious staggers among clones of a natural population of S. pygmaea, and the spatial pattern of clonal growth was a mixed clonal architecture. The architectures of ramet population included guerilla, phalanx and transitional type between guerilla and phalanx.
