摘要
本文阐述MISIRMKM的兴起背景以及各自的管理特色的基础上 ,对三者关系进行探讨和分析 ,认为三者相互作用形成一个“信息知识管理体系” ,在该体系中 ,MIS是基础 ,IRM是一个必要的层面 。
Based on the background of MIS,IRM and KM,this paper analyses the relation among MIS,IRM and KM and in the RELATION, a kind of monogement system of informatim(knowledge)is rising.MIS is the basis ,IRM is the necessary level and KM is its axis in the system.
