摘要
套管内定向侧钻技术是老油田挖掘剩余油、提高采收率的一种有效方法.根据胜利油区老井的基本特点,从套管开窗、裸眼钻进、轨迹控制、钻井液和完井等方面对套管内定向侧钻工艺技术进行了研究,形成了一整套较完善的侧钻技术和装备.应用该技术钻侧钻井423口,平均单井增产7.9t/d,累积增产原油113.4×104t.实践表明,套管内定向侧钻技术对于老油田的后期开发具有十分明显的效益.
Directional sidetracking inside casing is a kind of effective method for old oilfield to tap the residual oil and enhance oil recovery. According to the basic features of old wells in Shengli petroliferous province, the technology of directional sidetracking inside casing is studied in milled window in casing, open hole drilling, track control, drilling fluids and well completion, a complete set of sidetracking technology and equipment has been formed. This technology is applied in drilling 423 wells, average oil production of single well increases 7. 9t/d, and accumulative oil increment is 113. 4 ×10~4t. The practice indicated that using sidetracking inside casing in the development of later period of oilfield will achieve very obvious effect.
