摘要
逆向工程是一种通过对已存在对象的数字化来构建CAD模型 ,然后再进行制造的一种先进制造方法。当要利用快速成型机制造时 ,生成STL文件是必不可少的重要环节。为此 ,在对三角剖分方法深入研究的基础上 ,本文提出了一种新的STL文件生成方法 ,并在该方法中 ,利用基于百分比、限定误差的方法对STL文件进行了优化。实践表明 :该方法不仅提高了STL文件的生成速度 。
Reverse Engineering is a manufacturing methodology of constructing CAD model by digitizing existing parts. When a digitized part is to be manufactured by RP machines,the generation of STL files is the most important step, After deeply researching into the method of triangulation, this paper proposed an idea of constructing and simplifying STL files which can improve the generating velocity of STL and reduce the redundant data.
