摘要
介绍了一种过程控制实验装置,它是一个基于PLC、组态软件和VB的两容液位实时监控系统。选用电动调节阀和交流变频器作为执行机构,提供了两种控制手段;采用PLC开发下位机程序,控制执行机构输出;采用组态王开发上位机画面,对PLC进行实时监控;并且实现了VB与组态正之间的通信,为编写高级算法提供了平台。给出了系统的硬件组成、软件设计及VB与组态正之间的通信方法。此系统基本满足了高校中过程控制实验的需要。
A kind of experimental equipment for process control is introduced. It is a real-time monitoring system based on PLC, configuration software and VB. The execution machine is electric control valve and AC inverter. Two control methods are provided: PLC is used to compile program to control the output of the execution machine . Kingview is used to monitor PLC. The communication between VB and kingview has been realized. It provides an interface for compiling advanced arithmetic. The hardware component, software design and the method of communicating between VB and kingview are given. This system almost meets the request of the experiment for process control in universities.
