摘要
综述了有机硅胶粘剂的组成、种类、性能及其应用 ,并对硅橡胶胶粘剂在粘接性、导热性、固化性能的研究进展进行了叙述。
The compositions, categories, properties and applications of organosilicon adhesives were reviewed.Moreover ,the bonding ability,heat conductivity and curing of silicone rubber type adhesive were introduced.
