摘要
目的 了解旋转铰链型膝关节假体置换治疗膝部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法 胫骨近端或股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤广泛切除后,采用铰链型膝关节假体置换重建,同时辅以化疗。结果 10例患者平均随访17个月,无远处转移迹象,1例局部复发。MSTS功能评分提示所有患者各项评估都在3.5分以上,表明术后近期效果满意。结论 旋转铰链型膝关节假体置换是治疗膝部恶性肿瘤的有效方法,具有关节功能早期恢复的特点。
Purpose: To investigate the short-term clinical results of the rotating hinge prosthesis for malignant tumor of knee. Methods: After the malignant tumors of the proximal tibia or the distal femur were extensively resected, rotating hinge prosthesis were performed for reconstruction, and meanwhile the neoadijuvant chemotherapy was used. Results: The average follow-up period was 17 months. No metastasis happened in all of the patients, one local recurrence happened. The average MSTS functional scores of all patients were above 3.5, which showed the early clinical results were satisfactory. Conclusions: It is an effective method for the treatment of malignant tumors of knee with the rotating hinge prosthesis. It has the advantage of early recovery of joint function.
