摘要
30例应用自制双腔T型管胆汁引流回输,除1例失败外,全部成功。1例并发粘连性肠梗阻,余未见其它并发症。本法简便易行,不增加病人痛苦,不需延长手术时间,对于促进病人术后胃肠功能的恢复,增加病人食欲,减轻病人经济负担,是一种较理想的方法。
This paper reports the application of T-type tube with double cavities made by ourselves in biliary drainage and returning infusion. Of 30 cases, all of the cases were successful except that 1 was failure. It was found that only 1 patient was complicated by intestinal obstruction while in the other cases there were no complications. It is thought that this method is simple and easy to use. It doesn't add the pain of the patients and it doesn't prolong the time of operation. The method is more ideal for the improvement of the gastrointestinal function after the operation, the stimulation of the appetite of the patients and the reduction of the economic burden of the patients.
