摘要
结合50例假性胰腺囊肿就其诊断、手术时机和手术方法进行了讨论。该病需结合临床表现、造影、B超、CT等才能做出正确诊断。内引流术是目前最常用、最理想、最易成功的手术方法。据假胰腺囊肿发生部位不同可采用不同的吻合方法,但以吻合口选择在囊肿最低位为基本原则。
This paper analyses the diagnosis, operative time and surgical method of pancreatic pseudocyst in 50 cases, This disease cart correctly be diagnosed in connection with the clinical manifestation, photography, B-ultrasonography and CT examinations. Internal drainage is the commonest, the most ideal and the most successful surgical method at present. Various anastomotic methods can be adopted in treating the disease according to the different place of pancreatic pseudocyst, but the choice of the anastomotic mouth in the lowest place of cyst is the basic principle.
