摘要
头孢吡肟是具有广谱抗菌活性的第四代头孢菌素抗生素 ,在合成过程中往往伴随同分异构体杂质的生成 .为了进行质量控制 ,本文利用各种NMR技术对盐酸头孢吡肟及杂质进行了1 H和1 3C的谱线归属 ,并测定杂质的含量为 30 .39% .
Cefepime is a fourth generation cephalosporin with an extended spectrum of antibacterial activities. The isomeric compounds of Cefepime produced during synthesis are generally considered impurity of the drug. 1D and 2D NMR methods were used in this study to measure the percentage of the impurity in the Cefepime dihydrochloride sample as a measure of quality control. The \{\}\+1H and \{\}\+\{13\}C resonance of both Cefepime dihydrochloride and the impurity were assigned, and the percentage of the impurity was determined to be 30.39%.
