含内裂纹的圆柱体扭转应力强度因子 被引量:2

Torsional Stress-Intensity Factors of Cylinder Containing an Internal Crack

摘要 本文对内部任意位置出现纵向穿透直线裂纹的圈柱体扭转问题,用复变函数方法进行了讨论,得到了用级数表示的位移分量、应力分量、扰扭刚度和应力强度因子的一般表示式,给出了计算应力强度因子的近似式,附表中还列出了大量的应力强度因子之值。与精确值相比,近似式给出好的近似,在很大的范围内,其相对误差的绝对值远小于或小于1%,可用于实际工程计算。 Using the complex variable method, the authors deal with the torsional problem of cylinder containing an internal longitudinal linear crack at arbitrary position, obtains the general forms of the displacement components, the stress components, the torsional rigidity and the stress-intensity fac- tors, experssed in terms of series, gives the apporximate formulas for calculating the stress-intensity factors and presents a great number of values of stress-intensity factors in table. The approximate formulas give good approximation, its absolute values of the relative error are small or far small than 1% in a wide range as compared with accurate values. And then they may be used in practical engineering calculation.
