摘要
采用间接冲头式方法,研究了AZ91D镁合金的挤压铸造成形工艺,试生产了圆形铸件。结果表明:用N2或Ar气排除挤压模具型腔中的空气,能防止镁合金液在挤压成形流动过程中产生氧化及夹杂;挤压模具的加热,特别是挤压活塞及定量室外套的加热,对镁合金的挤压成形影响很大;挤压压力、保压时间和挤压速度等挤压工艺参数与铸件的结构密切相关。
The squeeze casting process of AZ91D alloy was studied with indirect plunger method, the circular casting was made. Results show that removing air from the die cavity with N2 or Ar can prevent magnesium alloy melt from oxidation and dross during squeezing formation; Heating of the die, especially heating of the plunger and sleeve have strong effect on squeeze casting process; The technological parameters such as the value and holding time of squeeze force, squeeze velocity connect closely with the casting structure.
