摘要
介绍了一种气电测量应用于曲轴综合测量的方法,简述了检测原理和系统结构,给出了测量程序流程图。通过测试和生产现场使用表明,所测47个参数均满足测量要求,其准确度误差最大为2μm,扩展标准不确定度为1.48μm。
A electropneumatic measuring method was employed in comprehensive measurement of crankshaft.The inspection principle and system structure was introduced and measure program flow diagram was given.Field service indicated that all measured47parameters satisfied the requirement of measuring with the accuracy error of less than2μm and uncertainty of1.48μm.
