摘要 目的 :观察纳米金刚石填料对光固化窝沟封闭剂渗透性的影响 ,并与气相二氧化硅作比较。方法 :在光固化窝沟封闭剂中加入 10、2 0g/L的纳米金刚石和 2 0 g/L的气相二氧化硅 ,检测其渗透性的变化 ,并对黏结界面作形态学观察。结果 :添加 10、2 0 g/L的纳米金刚石后 ,窝沟封闭剂的渗透性不受影响 ,而添加2 0 g/L 的气相二氧化硅后渗透性显著降低 ,形态学观察见树脂突形成不良。结论 :适当比例的纳米金刚石填料对窝沟封闭剂的渗透性无明显影响 ,效果优于气相二氧化硅。 AIM:To evaluate the effect of nano-diamond filler on penetration of pit and fissure sealant and to compare the effects of nano-diamond and aerosol SiO 2.METHODS:The penetration of sealants filled with nano-diamond of 10, 20 g/L or aerosol SiO 2 of 20 g/L was examined respectively and compared with that of blank control.The interface between enamel and sealant was observed by SEM.RESULTS:The penetration of the pit and fissure sealant with nano-diamond filler was not affected but that of the 20 g/L aerosol SiO 2 group was decreased significantly, and resin tag formation of the latter was insufficient.CONCLUSION:Nano-diamond filler of 10, 20 g/L does not affect the penetration of pit and fissure sealant and has better effect than aerosol SiO 2 of 20 g/L.
