摘要
介绍旨在抑制BaF2 闪烁体慢发光成分 ,拓展其应用领域的紫外滤光膜系设计和性能测量结果 ,研究表明 ,以Al2 O3 MgF2 Al MgF2 为基本结构优化设计的紫外滤光膜系对来自BaF2 闪烁体不同角度入射的快 慢成分光分别具有高透射和强截止特性 .还提供了用纳秒级脉冲辐射源激发“BaF2 +紫外滤光膜系 +光电闪烁探测器”系统获得的BaF2 闪烁体时间响应曲线 。
In order to extend the scope of application of BaF2 scintillators in the diagnosis of the fast-pulse-radiation-field, an ultraviolet-light-filter has been developed for the modification of the scintillation spectrum. The experimental results reveal that the filter, which is composed of Al2O3, MgF2, and Al, has a very low transmittance to the slow component light emitted by BaF2 in the incident angles from 0degrees to 45degrees with respect to the surface normal, but has a relatively high transmittance to the fast component light also emitted by it. The property of the temporal response curve has been obtained by use of a pulse x-rays source, and the damage effect induced by the irradiation of the neutron with an energy of 14.1 MeV is also introduced in this paper.
