摘要
芦笋具有很高的营养价值和药物功效,在当今世界食品中占有重要地位,其原因不仅是含有丰富的营养成份,更重要的是所含药效成份能防治疾病,尤其在攻克癌肿方面显示了功效。列举开发利用的芦笋产品近20种,可收到广泛的社会效益和显著的经济政益。
The nutrition value and medical effects of rutin, especially to treat cancer, were introduced in this paper. If it is developed in medicine and food, there must be good benefit in economy and society.
