摘要
文章在分析可持续发展与环境保护辨证关系的基础上,结合河南省在实施可持续发展战略中面临的环境问题,提出了加强环境保护建设、制定环境保护的法律法规、建立可持续的消费模式、控制人口增长、建立综合决策机制等实施可持续发展的环境保护对策。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between the sustainable development and the environmental protection, according to the problems of resources and environment in the course of the sustainable development of Henan province, the paper put forward the countermeasures for the sustainable development and the environmental protection: to strengthen the construction of environmental protection; to lay down the laws and regulations of environmental protection; to set up the patterns of sustainable consumption; to control the increase of the population; to establish the comprehensive policy_making mechanism for the carrying out of the development strategem.
