摘要
以无机盐四氯化钛为原料,采用加碱中和水解法制备出纳米级二氧化钛粒子。采用正交实验方法研究了温度、浓度、反应终了pH值、分散剂用量以及反应时间对粒子大小、分散性能和光催化性能的影响,并得到了二氧化钛光催化剂的最佳制备工艺条件,同时研究了不同条件制得的二氧化钛光催化剂对苯酚水溶液的催化降解特性。实验发现除锐钛型TiO2具有光催化活性外,无定型水合TiO2粒子也具有良好的催化活性。
Nano-sized titanium dioxide particles were prepared by continuously introducing dilute ammonia gas to hydrolyze titanium tetrachloride acidic solution. Effects of several influencing factors such as temperature, titanium concentration, final pH value, amount of dispersing agent and the reaction time, on the particle sizes, particle aggregation and photocatalytic performances were investigated experimentally. The photodegradation experiments of phenol aqueous solution by titanium dioxide dispersion under UV-irradiation were carried out to justify the optimum preparation conditions. It was found that the non-crystal titanium dioxide hydrate also shows a good photocatalytic performance.
