摘要
目的 建立橘红丸中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 :Hypersil C1 8(4 .6 mm× 2 0 0 mm,5 μm) ;检测波长 :2 83nm;流动相 :甲醇 -冰醋酸 -水 (4 0∶ 1∶ 5 9) ;流速 :1 m l/ min。结果 回归方程为 :Y=2 .6 335× 1 0 6 X+1 5 1 2 1 ,r=0 .999,回收率 97.0 3 ,RSD为 1 .91 %。结论 结果证明本方法简便易行 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 。
Objective To establish the determination method for naringoside in Juhong Pill. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with Hypersil C 18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),detection wavelength at 283 nm,methanol acetic acid glacial water(40∶1∶59) as a mobile phrase,flow rate at 1ml/min. Results Regression equation is Y=2.6335×10 6X+15121 and r=0.999.The average recovery was 97.03% and RSD was 1.91%. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable and can be used for the quality control of Juhong Pill.
