摘要
目的 探讨“窍病从肺论治”的西医学理论依据。方法 对肺和中耳的胚胎学、组织学、解剖学基础等进行比较分析,探讨该治法理论的物质基础。结果 从气管、肺和咽鼓管、鼓室、乳突气房的胚胎发育、解剖结构、组织学构成和功能及出生后形态发育几方面看,肺和中耳是同源的,具极高的相似性。结论 窍(耳)病从肺论治的理论具有一定的现代医学的客观依据。
Objective To explore the modern medicinal basis for the TCM theory of 'treating the lesions of orifices (ear) from the Lung'. Methods A comparative study was carried out through a careful analysis on embryology, histology, anatomy and some others between lung and middle ear to explore the material basis for this treating method in TCM theory. Results Seeing it from these aspects as embryo developing, anatomic structure, histological composition, functional properties and postnatal morphological development of trachea, lung, eustachian tube, tympanum and mastoid cells, lung and middle ear are homologous with much higher similarity. Conclusion There is a certain objective basis of modern medicine for this TCM theory discussed here.
